Steak Wraps

Ingredients for 2:

  • 6oz of steak
  • 5 whole white mushrooms
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • handful of spinach
  • 5 pieces of cheese
  • 1/2¬†pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 5 tsp of sour cream
  • 4 tbsp of salsa
  • salt and black pepper
  • 4 tortilla wraps

All of the ingredients are optional. You can add your own, instead of steak you can use fish, chicken, shrimp. It is totally up to you.

Method:

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper and grill it for as long as you want. I grilled mine for 8 minutes. When the steak is done cut it into smaller pieces.
  2. Cut mushrooms and onions and fry it with a pinch of salt and pepper until the mushrooms and onions are soft. You can totally omit that step and just put the veggies on raw.
  3. Cut/chop (or not) all of the other ingredients and place them on the plate.
  4. Assemble the tortilla wraps and enjoy!
