Ingredients for 2:
- 6oz of steak
- 5 whole white mushrooms
- 1/2 medium onion
- handful of spinach
- 5 pieces of cheese
- 1/2 pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 avocado
- 5 tsp of sour cream
- 4 tbsp of salsa
- salt and black pepper
- 4 tortilla wraps
All of the ingredients are optional. You can add your own, instead of steak you can use fish, chicken, shrimp. It is totally up to you.
Method:
- Season the steak with salt and pepper and grill it for as long as you want. I grilled mine for 8 minutes. When the steak is done cut it into smaller pieces.
- Cut mushrooms and onions and fry it with a pinch of salt and pepper until the mushrooms and onions are soft. You can totally omit that step and just put the veggies on raw.
- Cut/chop (or not) all of the other ingredients and place them on the plate.
- Assemble the tortilla wraps and enjoy!
